Without some kind of fitness center, I think the stress of my job would have destroyed me before I hit fifty, but I am fifty-two and still going strong! You see, I am a high-powered executive, working in a fortune five hundred company in one of the top managerial positions. Many people adhere to the belief that senior managers do not do any work, but just sit on their can and off of other people's work. For the very top small amount of individuals, this may be true, but for those individuals one step down, it is not the situation at all. On the contrary, we hurry about frantically and get very rich off of other individual's work.

The cardio center is not just another simple gym or health club where you come to take cardio exercise classes. Sure, it does offer classes, but there is just so much more. The cardiovascular center is basically the ultimate sports club. Not only does it have 24 hour facilities, but they're the most all-inclusive facilities conceivable. There are classes at all times of the night and day, with some of the worlds top instructors. I have my own personal fitness trainer who motivates me when I'm losing focus. There's always a fitness trainer on call in the event you need help and the trainer that you've been working with is not available. If you are interested in a career in personal training the corporate world is an awesome alternative to a typical neighbor-hood gym. And that's just the first step of what I get at my cardio center.
The aerobic center offers all versions of lavishness and comfort, complete with health drinks and light refreshment. If I want to complete my cardiovascular exercises and relax in a jacuzzi, I'm virtually assured a private facility in which to wind down. There are masseuses on hand all the time of night and day, and also a personal trainer who will get together with you up to three times a week, if that's something you want. In addition to that they offer more unusual types of health therapy at the cardiovascular center, such as cleansing and fasting, acupuncture and meditation. And just because it's an aerobic center, that doesn't mean that it is not equipped for anaerobic exercises. There are a great deal of weight lifting and strength-training facilities in addition to the cardiovascular stuff. And then there are, obviously, the recreational sports at the aerobic center. From racquetball to tennis, it's all there for the taking.
